Freebonanza.com  Associate Program Terms and conditions

PAYMENT:

Unique Visitors. A "unique visitor" is defined as a maximum of one visit from any IP/Cookie combination per day. We count a click only if  visitor goes beyond front page. Accessing main page without any actions after that, is not considered as a valid click. This approach was introduced after several associates used all kinds of tricks to  cause access of our main page with almost no traffic to other parts of our site. 

The last day of each month, Freebonanza.com  will total all accumulated click thrus for each associate. An email will be automatically sent to each associate that is due payment, notifying the associate of the amount of check to be sent. Checks will be processed and sent via postal mail within 7 business days.

Payments: Freebonanza Associate  will get paid  according to the table located on the info page for click-thrus from first and second tier . FreeBonanza Associate  will get paid  20% commissions for each sale occurring form his/her link. Affiliate who are ranked as top 30 affiliates for given month will be eligible for 25% commissions. In addition affiliate will get paid 2% occurring from second tier. This status has to be maintained on the last day of each month. All affiliates are paid once a month. No checks will be disbursed for an amount less than US $35. If the money owed to the affiliate is less than US $35, the amount will be added to the next month's total

• You understand and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor and as such will be responsible for your own taxes and any other tax liabilities that affect the sales of our product/service in your state/province-country.
• We are not responsible for any errors that may be present in the 'Associate' feature of the software.
• An e-mail notification will be sent to you automatically whenever a purchase is made. You can match these notifications up with the commission report you receive at the end of each month.
• We will not make a referral payment for any transaction for which payment has not been fully received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason.
• We are never responsible for paying any interest to the Associate for accrued but not yet delivered Referral Payments
• If the transaction incurs a chargeback, or if the online transaction is not completed in every way, no Referral Payment is due to the Associate. If one has already been paid, then it will be deducted from an active Associates accrued Referral Payments; otherwise it will become due immediately from the Associate (or former Associate).

Payment Limit: Once approved, you are automatically qualified to receive up to US  $1,500 per month in payments. If you feel that your site may generate more sales , please contact associate@freebonanza.com to arrange a payment-limit increase.

We reserve the right to withhold payment to any affiliate that exhibits questionable click-through activity.

BANNER PLACEMENT RULES:

Banner Ad Space Location. While the Freebonanza Associate banner being the sole banner on the upper third of the page is preferred and has been proven to increase click through rates, the associate  has option of placement. However, the Freebonanza banner shouldn't be  grouped together with multiple banners on the same page. In case other banners are placed, Freebonanza banner should be placed at the top of the page. The Freebonanza banner may not be placed on pages that contain no content. The Freebonanza code can not be used on websites or domains that have not been approved.

Multiple Pages. The associate  may place the Freebonanza code on all appropriate pages with their website.

Code Integrity. You may not alter Freebonanza insertion code. If you need to do that for any reason you must contact us at associate@freebonanza.com for approval.

Valid Websites: Associate agrees to only place banner code on websites that are not related to any of the below listed topics.

Sex (Nudity, Eroticism)

Software Pirating ( Cracking, Etc.)

Hacking 

Illegal MP3 files

Any Illegal Activity Whatsoever

If you are not sure if your site belongs to any  of the above listed areas, please contact associate@freebonanza.com before you place your code and inform us about your intentions.

If your link is to be found at any time to be sending visitors from pages related to the above topics, your account will be removed and any unpaid money will be lost.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY:

We have developed the most highly advanced anti-fraud software to date. If you are joining Freebonanza Associate program  with the intent to fraudulently generate click thrus, please be advised that our software will report this activity to us. Fraudulent activity may result in non-payment, removal from the program, and legal action.

Automated and forced click thrus: Autospawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, or any other technique of generating automated click-thrus is strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to require users to click on the advertisers banner before entering any area of your website.

Associate my not use guaranteed click-thru programs to generate clicks to our site. These clicks proved to be reason for members of these programs  to only earn credits but not genuinely visit the site. If we find that affiliate is using any of these programs to send visitors to our site, his/her account will be terminated and all unpaid money will be lost.
If you are not sure if your program belongs to above category, contact us to obtain our approval.

Spam. You may not use unsolicited email or inappropriate newsgroup postings to promote your website. You may not encourage others to click on our advertisers banners in any way including, email and newsgroup postings.

TERMS:

Right of Refusal. Freebonanza.com INC  may refuse at any time to include any website as an Freebonanza associate,  that is found to be inappropriate, based on Freebonanza' sole discretion. Websites that will not be accepted as associated sites include, but are not limited to:

Sex (Nudity, Eroticism)

Software Pirating ( Cracking, Etc.)

Hacking 

Illegal MP3 files

Any Illegal Activity Whatsoever

Freebonanza constantly monitors associated sites content to assure compliance

Single Account: Any person, company, or associated group may have only one account. Each account however may cover multiple domains and websites. All activity will be consolidated into one report.

Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel member status at any time effective immediately upon sending an electronic message to the email address that you have provided.

Content Copyright. You guarantee that all content on your site is legal to distribute and that you own or have the legal right to use any and all copyrighted material.

Automatic Renewal. This contract shall be automatically renewed for successive periods and may be canceled immediately by either party at any time by notification in writing via email.

Indemnification. Associate agrees to indemnify and hold Freebonanza.com INC   harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from associate's  web pages.

Modifications. Freebonanza.com INC  reserves the right to change the member terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for complying with any new rules posted here within 10 days of the date changes are posted. Please contact associate@freebonanza.com if you have questions about the interpretation of any term set forth here. For special circumstances, modifications to these rules may be made if approved via e-mail from an authorized Freebonanza.com INC  representative. Modification requests should be directed to associate@freebonanza.com

Case of dispute. You agree to settle any dispute under this agreement via binding arbitration in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada

ALL ASSOCIATED SITES MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERE. FREEBONANZA.COM INC  RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD PAYMENT FROM ANY ASSOCIATE SITE THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS.
